Some weeks you cannot sit in a mall with a dead laptop. Kids at home, a hybrid day, a swollen ankle. Doorstep and pickup repair exists in Singapore for that reason, and several shops offer it under different labels.
Here is how doorstep repair in Singapore works with us, then four competitors whose own sites advertise collection or doorstep. Fees below come from those pages or from our live checkout. We are not inventing prices we could not verify.

RepairX doorstep
At checkout you will see Doorstep repair · We come to you +S$30. That surcharge sits on top of the repair. Doorstep booking slots run 10am to 6pm, and Sundays are closed on the Doorstep team calendar. You pick the repair on /shop/, choose Doorstep, enter your address and postal code, then take a slot.
Same catalogue as walk-in booking: screens, batteries, liquid damage and the rest of the shop list. If you can reach International Plaza or Woods Square, skip the surcharge and book a branch instead. In-store at Tanjong Pagar is Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm (see contact). Doorstep is for the days you cannot leave.
We also keep a separate send-in flow on sendyourdevice.repairx.sg for parts handovers. For a normal repair with a time slot, use /shop/.

Four other doorstep or pickup options
Mobile Life advertises a flat S$30 islandwide collect-repair-return. They are mainly phones and tablets, with MacBook and iMac work listed too, and evening store hours if you later want a walk-in backup.
Hitech advertises free islandwide pickup and delivery via WhatsApp or call, then diagnosis, quote, repair and return. Their FAQ says a S$20–S$30 fee can apply if you decline repair after diagnosis. Flagship is at 425 Changi Road, with more branches listed on their site.
WeRepair at 401 MacPherson Road #B1-02A, Macpherson Mall, pushes free islandwide pickup and delivery for laptop and PC work on their homepage. No doorstep surcharge is published there; ask for the pickup cutoff when you message them.
Star Shield runs Challenger drop-off points and a paid courier. Their collection page lists courier from about S$35 one way or S$60 return, plus an S$80 diagnostic fee even if the device is irreparable. That stack can still make sense under an extended warranty they sold you. For a simple screen swap with no warranty paperwork, compare against a flat S$30 model first.
Side-by-side
